Stephen Harris		26 Mar 2013	Dark, chilli and chocolate beer. I had to have a few of these just to confirm how good it is.
Stephen Harris		12 Mar 2013	This cask is full of chilli and the beer had an initial tingle, becoming a real burn as the glass went down. Apparently the chilli had been added in the brewing process much in the way that dry-hopping is done. Speculation around the bar tonight as to whether the chilli flavours develop as the beer matures, or whether this cask simply got more chilli thrown in than had others.
