Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

The Pilots' Rest (formerly The Flying Sheep Micropub), Sheerness, Kent

WhoScoreWhenNotes
Philip PirripGood06 Sep 2018 An annoying beer as it does not declare its Black Sheep provenance. Initial bitter promise dissipated as its sweetness came through

Philip PirripAcceptable22 Apr 2015 I was thoroughly duped out of £4.40 thinking this was a new brewery but the pub's menu book (perused after placing order) said it is a Black Sheep beer yet it lacks any mention of this true provenance on the pump clip. A bulk standard lemon juice beer too
HSBGood05 Mar 2015 A session pale ale.
