Jack WilliamPoor19 Oct 2013 Love the brewery's light ales so was tempted to go for this "truly winter warmer" - wish I hadn't flat and bordering on the unpleasant.

DubbelExcellent15 Nov 2008 Hardwood brown malty premium bitter with addition of ginger spice which works as well, if not better than the golden Summer Meltdown.

BlairGood05 Apr 2008 Quite pleasant, malty and sweet. Not sure I'm a fan of the ginger though, not my bag really.
BlairExceptional05 Apr 2008 This was actually a mix of winter meltdown and an imperial stout that one of the customers had brewed himself. The imperial stout on it's own was delicious and mixing it with the winter meltdown created one of the finest beers I'll never be able to drink again.
