Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

GarryExceptional21 Mar 2011 This I did not expect. Absolutely marvellous beer, could drink happily until comatose, exceptionally hoppy and truly exceptional IPA

IanPoor19 Feb 2009 Advertised on a type written unbranded pump clip as a traditional IPA. Copper, thin white head. Oh dear, this isn't good either. Some butter toffee, some vague spritzey hop on finish. Aroma is terrible, a chemical edge to it. Thinnish in mouth. Finish has a bit of a buttery tingle to it. Poor.
