Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

Stephen HarrisGood02 Aug 2017 Apparently a brand new beer launched today – although I note it has the same name and same strength as a previous Hammerton beer. A pretty authentic Belgian Witbier I thought.

Stephen HarrisExcellent13 Dec 2016 On keg dispense, a collaboration brew with Spanish brewers Mala Gissona. I was grumbling just a couple of days ago that British brewers were a little half-hearted with their Wheat Beers. This is a full-blown Belgian Witbier – pale and cloudy and spicy with orange peel, ginger and coriander in the brew kettle. Fully-authentic.
