Stephen Harris		29 Dec 2017	A ‘Cascadian Dark Ale’, which I think is synonymous with ‘Black IPA’, but I might be wrong. This is a dark brown beer with very bitter, roast malt flavours which are not quite balanced by the strong hop flavours I was expecting. The hops do come through though and it’s still pretty good.
