Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

Stephen HarrisGood08 Oct 2013 A golden beer. I’ve not drunk this for a while, and it was somehow not as good as I remember it.

Martin the MildmanAcceptable06 Mar 2010 Very pale rather one dimensional hoppy beer, citrus hops taste but little other flavour to add balance. Not as good as it was before the brewery moved. My score 14/20.

IanPoor05 Aug 2006 This was pale gold with a thin off white head. Toffee and diacetyl aroma. Bit of juicy citrus. Bit thin and the butterscotch dominates it for me.
