Ian		06 Dec 2008	Made with an ale yeast and served direct from the wooden barrels. Lovely brown amber, thick lasting beige head. Some hop malt on aroma. But the hop on the finish is excellent. Thats good in the mouth, but better hop on finish. The bitterness is really superb. Some toffee in mouth, but the hop finish is stunningly tasty. Balanced, but good. Herby hop finish.
