Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

Golden Fleece, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Martin the MildmanPoor13 May 2011 Served from a stillage in the pub with no cooling apart from some foil over the barrel. Beer had started to oxidise on only the second day. Beer was tired and fruity, verging on acetic. My score 14/20 with C for quality.

Unicorn Inn, Newton Solney, Derbyshire
