Martin the MildmanExcellent20 Feb 2010 Stout brewed with strawberry and pink peppercorns. Quite understated with only hints of those flavours coming throught. Makes for a very pleasant full bodied and smooth stout. My score 16/20.

IanExcellent19 Feb 2010 A strawberry and pink peppercorn stout. Very dark ruby, lasting thin beige head. Aroma of a choccy stout. Bit of burnt roast in mouth. Touch of the promised strawberry. Then the sweeetness of the strawvverry and bite of the peppercorns kick in. Some charcoal hints, but the strawverry is just right, subtle, then the pepper takes it on with the hops to give it a good biting finish. They have pulled it off, amazing how they have pulled off the ingredients and the blending of the flavours.
