The Whalebone, Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire

Stephen HarrisGood05 Jan 2013 Very dark red in colour, approaching black. A smooth, easy-drinking dark mild.

The Bricklayer's Arms, Putney, Greater London

Martin the MildmanAcceptable26 Feb 2010 Quite bitter for a mild, but lacking the lambic sourness I once experienced sampling this beer. Some roast malt evident, but also hop bitterness in the finish. My score 14/20.
