ChrisEAcceptable19 Jul 2010 Unfortunately this was a little tired. This pub has quite a good reputation so perhaps I was just unlucky on this visit.

The Highwayman, Horsmonden, Kent

WittendenExcellent10 Jul 2010 A good refreshing golden ale, with more body than some. Properly hoppy, but 10 varieties of hops-over egging the pudding surely!

The Swan, Maidstone, Kent

AlenomoreExceptional09 Jul 2010 Finally went off tonite. One of Shep's better ales.

AlenomoreExceptional11 Jun 2010 "The ten hop pint with a kick!". New on today and a new seasonal ale brought out for the current World Cup theme. I thought "ten hops" would be a bit ambitious for Shep's, but, it was a very nice ale, and sampled several tonite!

IanExcellent04 Jul 2010 My god, a Sheps beer with hops!!! Good fullness in the body and good hop bitterness and sting on the finish. I would have stayed for another but I had pubs to visit.
