Tasting Summary

These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

Stephen HarrisAcceptable16 Jun 2019 Sold as 'Live Punk IPA'. I had thought it might be cask-conditioned, but reading about it now suggests it might have been key-keg. Either way, I actually found it rather bland.

ChrisEExcellent15 Feb 2011 The company's web site lists this as 5.6% so I am not really sure whether I had the 5.4, 5.6, or 6% version, anyway it was delicious and extremely hoppy.

IanGood25 Jan 2011 Punk IPA has dropped it's ABV and also changed it's recipe slightly. Decent attractive hoppy aroma. Bit thin in body and a fast finish. Will try it again, but on this example the new PUnk is not as good as the old Punk
