These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

McGargleGood24 Oct 2013 Seemed like a work in progress rather the finished beer. All the elements are there - they just need to be assembled correctly. (Keg)

The Three Tuns, Bristol, Avon

AndrewGood27 Sep 2013 A mental beer. Heavy chocolate and coffee. Lots of alcohol.
Martin the MildmanExcellent05 Mar 2011 A pint of this for breakfast would probably provide you with nutrition for the rest of the day. Huge amount of roast malt with grainy cereal flavours as well, chocolate malt also evident with a dash of coffee too. Hops come through in the finish which is intense and lingering. My score 17/20.
