A mere seven years since my last visit to this large pub. We had plans for a bit of an evening crawl but soon got settled into some comfy chairs, and then ran in to an old friend by chance, so never moved on.

The pub is found in South Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE33 4PG.
Jarrow Brewery was located downstairs under the bar area but has now closed. In Claypath Lane, on the first floor of the building, so take the staircase or lift to a partitioned room with a large central bar and plenty of seating. CAMRA members discount given here.
