Now called The Weather Station sadly has lost its cosy comfy feel from its previous incarnation as The Eldon Arms is now modern and trendy for a back street boozer however I liked it and added to the enthusiasm of the barman who proffered tasters of the three cask beers available I enjoyed my stay.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Brew York - Tonkoko4.30ExcellentThis would've been 5 stars had it not been served so cold. Delicious chocolate and coconut nectar with a sensible ABV.
Swannay (formerly Highland) - Dark Munro4.00GoodPossibly a 4 star but my taste buds were still reeling from the superb Tonkoko.
Wild Weather - Sleepy Joe's4.20GoodTraditional English bitter, half a star lost as too cold.

Wadworth - Pint Size Mild3.50ExcellentFrom the Pint Size micro brewery at Wadworth's, this is a toasty mid/dark brown mild with a chocolate and coffee character. My score 16/20.
