Typical wetherspoons large and souless
BeerABVScoreNotes
Adnams - Pale Champion Ale3.40ExcellentVery nice crisp and hoppy, if served without a sparkler I think it would be superb, but then I could say the same of all the beers I have tried in the north and Scotland.......

Fairly busy with football on the TV. Two interesting beers with coming soon tags on their pumps; Maxim Brewery's Lambtons Cask Ale and Double Maxim.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Allendale - Entrepreneur Ale4.70ExcellentPale bitter. Very fruity with a citrus floral bite, nice hoppy finish.
Northumberland - Sheepdog Bitter4.70GoodNice if not exciting, pale copper colour, slightly sweet.
Wylam - Bohemia Pilsner Lager4.60GoodNot sure what this is trying to be. It's not a lager but not really a bitter, nice though in a strange sort of way.
Marston's - Pedigree4.50Not Tried
