A pub serving Austrian lager that Ian was desperate to visit. No cask beer at all!!! What madness. The inside of the pub was nice with lots of wood panels. The clientèle seemed to like the lager. I tried some of Ian's and have to say I just don't see the point.

A 3 roomed wood panelled pub in Friar Street. A stone flagged, panelled passageway leads through Worcester's oldest pub to the small rooms and outdoor patio at the rear. The main bar at the front has scrubbed wooden floor, beams and leaded windows. The atmospheric back room features wood panelling, a stone flagged floor, serving hatch and impressive fireplace with wood burner and candles.

We have visited this pub once, seen different beers and tried them all.
