Staying here after being up at 0530, taking 2 ferries and 75 miles cycling - so any beer was welcome. Watched England win their World Cup opener in the bar while enjoying the beers (and a nice malt).

Although the beer was in poor condition I'll forgive that for the warm welcome and the terrific views.

The pub is found in Mallaig, Highland, PH41 4QZ.

Large traditional style hotel overlooking Mallaig and the sound to Skye. Fantastic views from the conservatory/lounge and dining room. Crying out for a beer garden.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 3 different beers and tried them all.
