The cooker had run out of kero, it was Sunday, we'd missed our roast, so I was sent out to the Tandoori, and had to wait a bit.A few families in the garden a few old boys watching the footer in the public bar.

Large 16th Century village pub, with the familiar Whitbread Fremlins pebbledash. A large public bar, together with a room laid up for dining to your left as you go in through the imposing front door. Closed and reopened as The Milk House.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
