This was too good to miss- a beer festival on the way back from getting the week's meat supplies! I was one of the first in, but couldn't stay long, unfortunately.

| Moorhouse's - Black Cat Mild | 3.40 | | A real proper dark and chocolatey mild. Doesn't surpass Goachers mild, but pretty damn good all the same. |
| Frome (formerly Milk Street) - Funky Monkey (organic) | 4.00 | | It poured a bit hazy, but I really enjoyed this- a mid brown beer with a complex mix of fruit flavours followed by a blast of citrus. This is the second beer from Milk Street that I've drunk, and would like to try more. |
