My previous experience of this pub was way back in the early 1980s when it was a smoky, back-street, regulars’ pub which served cask Courage Best (if my memory serves me right). Now bright and airy, with a burger menu and an interesting beer range.

Five Points - Hook Island Red6.00ExcellentI always enjoy this one.
Little Beer Corporation - Little Kahuna3.90AcceptableAmber-coloured. “Hawaiian-inspired” apparently. Came over to me as being a rather ordinary Bitter.

Not many in but quite an airy feel to the place. L-Shaped with an odd bar with a low panel around it meaning that when you stood to order your drink you couldn't actually see the person on the other side unless you crouched.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Adnams - Southwold Bitter3.70AcceptableIt was okay. Had a bit of a whiff that made me wonder if most of it had spent the night in the pipes.
