Late afternoon visit and this large pub is pretty quiet. The beers tried were in excellent condition.

The pub is found in Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 5LA.

Earlier style of Wetherspoon pub with lots of wood and alcoves. Seems to be a high turnover of real ales here. Located in High Street this Wetherspoon pub is Banbury's former head post office. The premises were rebuilt in 1936, when the telephone exchange was added, giving the building its present name. Closed for refurbishment during summer 2017.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 7 different beers and tried 3 of them.
