4 lads stopped the traffic in the street. They climbed over the cars they stopped. They joined the q or the pub. They fell off their chairs, had fake fights and kept singing. Eventually they were asked to leave. They put us on the table next to them. Had a cheap burger and chips.

After wondering around Lincoln, qs for pubs everywhere, getting in and seeing beers I wouldn't touch with a barge pole it was back to Salome malome the queen of the Ritz.

| Marston's - Old Empire IPA | 5.70 | | Quality pint. Spoilt however by my conversation with the young waiter who refused a top up on 2 pints insisting that 5% of the beer could be a head. Unfortunately for my 5% was head but another 7% was missing. No amount of me taking pictures or talking out loud about my previous lie as a man working for the weights and measures would change their minds. It seemed that my 50p voucher had to be reduced to 25p by reducing the size of the pint. Whinge over Mr pirrip. |

11:00 An hour in Lincoln between trains gave an opportunity for a Wetherspoon's breakfast. Fairly busy. Interesting conversation with an internet entrepreneur.
