First year being held in the Ponds Forge. I really feel sorry for the organisers of this beer festival; after the quagmire that was last years festival who could have predicted this ridiculous heatwave? Sports hall was sweltering and the beer cooling couldn't cope.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Marble - Utility IPA5.70ExcellentStrong and bitter IPA with a big grapefruit punch. Stunning beer and one I'd love to try again with better cooling.
Silver Brewhouse (formerly Raw) - Raw Steel IPA6.20ExcellentAnother aggressively hoppy IPA. This one is a duet from Raw and Steel City brewers. Great stuff.
Silver Brewhouse (formerly Raw) - Dark Peak Stout4.50GoodSlightly tart and fruity stout. Too warm.
