17:30 visit. No.3 pub today, and again, a well suported local. The No.4 pub here, the Kings Head, next door, was shut between sessions, so missed that one today. But we all agreed how rare it is to find four pubs, all seemingly doing well, in close proximity, in one small vilage. Very rare these days.

The pub is found in Sutton Valence, Kent, ME17 3AG.

Pub in High Street overlooking the Weald, with a hop-garlanded central bar and inglenook fireplace which offers a blazing log fire in winter. Large dining area on the right and two snug areas to the left. Sold by Greene King to Hawthorn Leisure in June 2014 so beer choice widened then.

We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 5 different beers and tried 4 of them.
