12:00 visit, another pub I used to visit many many years ago that has gone through a facelift, but I'm happy to say that this has been done in the most tastefull way in fact the pub is more like it once was in years gone by than it was when I last used it back in the late 80's then it was shoddy 70,s plastic furniture and although very quaint in its own little way had been changed and "Modenised" many times through the decades, so today it is a lovely country pub that has been faithfully restored back to how it would have been :)

Very wet Friday lunchtime visit and the pub is packed with walkers and cyclists most of Which are drinking ale and eating the wonderful food on offer.this is a small pub so getting to the bar proved difficult but once there manage to sit on a stool which just so happend to be an old milk churn.
