Hidden in the fog, busy with walkers and passers by on an autumn Friday afternoon.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Theakston - Old Peculier5.60ExceptionalI only drink this about once a year, but, as ever, it was medieval in its conflation of sweetness and sharp, chocolate and spice. A treat!
Theakston - Lightfoot4.10ExcellentA straw coloured ale, with a gentler, floral quality. Not as aggressive as some of the Yorkshire pale 'n' hoppies I've tried this week.If I could, I'd have scored it 4.5 stars. Good beer.
Copper Dragon - Golden Pippin3.90ExcellentClean and citrussy, a good standby in the North.
Greene King - Morland Old Speckled Hen4.50Not Tried

Thwaites - Wainwright (please now use the Banks's entry)4.10Not Triedour son enjoyed his pint of this.
