Largish two bar pub in Cakeham Road, in a popular seaside venue. Log fire and a mix of tables for eating and "tub" chairs which were impossible for eating. Sold by Punch Taverns to a local consortium. Closed from late 2017 and with hope it would reopen in summer 2018. Re-opened in July 2018. Subsequent name change in April 2022.

We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 4 different beers and tried 3 of them.
