A very nice pub. The weather was good enough at lunchtime to eat outside. We counted nine dogs at various outside tables along with their human companions. Good food and tasty beer.

15:30 Comfortable drinking pub. Fairly busy for mid-afternoon. Unusual pub furniture including a number of tables with bases made from French cider presses and another table with a ratchet system enabling the height to be altered.

Wednesday lunchtime and diners seemed to be the main customers apert from four gents at the bar concentrating on drinking. Food was fish orientated and excellent. It was nice to see three local beers and one guest from not so far away.
