4 guests on. Landlord said he'd never seen such new and shiny out of date camra vouchers. But still allowed the discount. So beers at £1.95. Bit of a bargain these days.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Oakham - Citra4.20ExcellentExcellent condition but such a giant head.
Liberation (formerly called Jersey) - Defiant ESB4.80GoodNot the most enjoyable of beers but I'm sure some would like it.

Quiet Monday evening. Poster up saying we are in the 2017 gbg. Not sure why. Beer here is ok...but never gbg standard.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Beowulf - Mercian Shine5.00GoodReasonably pleasant. Didn't want another one even at 1.65 with a camra voucher.
24 Feb 2017 (Dosser)
Pretty full and loud on a Friday night.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Sadler's (see also Windsor Castle entry) - Boris Citrov4.70GoodBetter than first pint. Just the queues I hate
Sadler's (see also Windsor Castle entry) - Peaky Blinder Black IPA (was 4.6%)4.40AcceptableEven with a sparkler the head disappeared quickly. Uninspiring. Will I try saddlers other beer on tonight?
31 Dec 2016 (Dosser)
Too many available soon on. Read in local camra mag that Bishop Vesey named local POTY for 9th time running so maybe a visit there later tonight? Found Gadds no 5 on in spoons Charlie Hall earlier. Never knew Gadds sold to spoons!
BeerABVScoreNotes
Sadler's (see also Windsor Castle entry) - Winter Spice4.70GoodSpicey and nice. Not sure if this is a new brewery in Walsall.
