My first time in here since the pub’s Hardy & Hanson’s days. Much more of a locals' feel here than the other pubs we have visited. Our group has thinned out somewhat, but we still take over a good chunk of the pub’s floor-space.

A good few locals in on a bank Holiday Monday lunchtime, some taking advantage of the good value food served.
