The pub is found in Ellesmere, Shropshire, SY12 0ET.

A quaint backstreet local in this picturesque, small Shropshire town. Plenty of timbers in the exterior walls and lots of beams inside. Landlord claims the pub to be 16th century and would lay further claim to be one of the oldest, possibly the oldest pub in Shropshire! Five real ales on handpull. Small car park to rear. Well worth the effort if you are in the area.

We have visited this pub 4 times, seen 11 different beers and tried 9 of them.
