18:00 visit. A smattering of people about, with 6-aside players, officials, and early doors fans buying refreshments. Bar opens most evenings, and Sky Sports TV is always on.

18:30 visit. Lots of activity around the ground with community footy groups and there folks. The bar had a few punters in.

20:00 visit. Few in, and just time to chat up another nice young thing behind the bar, until the 6 aside team, Maidstone v a Local Council side, descended upon the place? This new bar seems to be doing ok.

1300 visit. The Stones are back in Town! The new Gallagher Stadium is mightily impressive, probably the best facility in the UK currently in this league. The weather was truly awful for this first friendly match, the result was even worse! But, the new club bar was a welcome respite from all the gloom. Very busy, as expected today, but the wait, for what turned out to be a spot on pint, was worthwhile. Recommended.
