Early evening - just the one ale on - a couple of locals and one guest in - much gossip about absent locals! Just the one hand pump in use tonight. Probably not worth the walk from the station for the beer -I had a six mile round trip cycle to get here. And beware if you get off at Dent station for Dent village it is over 4 miles away.

Black Sheep pub. Decent food and a resident ghost (not another one! I wonder why so many ghosts decide to haunt pubs? Good taste I suppose).
