Swift half while waiting to pick up my wife from the station. A few customers at Bottle Shop and the Goods Shed buzzing. I was charged £3.30 for my half - 30p more than the “regular” before me. I didn’t ask how much the 12% brew was.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Omnipollo - Mackaper Pale Ale6.00GoodVery nice bite to this, not overly hopped.
Omnipollo - Brush Imperial Stout12.00Not TriedA collaboration brew with J Wakefield.

Evening - few in the restaurant - only me at the bar. Enthusiastic bartender.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Beavertown - Neck Oil (keg)4.30GoodExcellent flavour with citrus notes - under some pressure so a bit artificially fizzy - otherwise would have rated "excellent".

13:00 visit. A third Sunday trip to Canterbury in as many weeks as no excuse needed to come here to imbibe? So much choice in this fair City.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Westerham - God's Wallop (see now 4% entry)4.50ExcellentHaving bought a few more bottles, a quick mini-cask sample from mine host here.

15:30 visit. Could not resist a chance to top up my cellar from this impressive collection of foreign and UK beers. I was soon relieved of £274 including a unique collection of Twelve Stouts of Christmas from Bristol Beer Factory for £60. Recommended.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Westerham - Audit Ale6.20ExceptionalA nice free sample of this excellant winter warmer.

12:00 visit. Pondered over the impressive selection of bottles here. Will just have to return and fill my mates car boot up?

Westerham - God's Wallop (see now 4% entry)4.50ExcellentVery nice. We were given some samples from the mini-casks on sale here, excellant value at £24.95 for 8 pints.
