18:30 Last stop of the day before getting the train home. First visit here for me. Very interesting pub, especially the blue stained glass panels showing the name of each room.

A brief, late Sunday afternoon visit. I sat in the Smoke Room, where a log burning stove was in action, despite the warm weather.

The pub is found in Bentley, South Yorkshire, DN5 9AG.

A highly traditional pub layout, with three separate rooms off of the main bar area. There is also a riverside garden. Although in Bentley, this pub is the first building across the River Don from Doncaster and is just fifteen minutes walk across North Bridge from Doncaster railway station.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 4 different beers and tried 2 of them.
