Fish n chips was what we were sent out for. A pint of bitter is what we got. Bitter first, chips second; that's how it is, right? The pub was the same as always except the landlord is older.

Came for a very swift pint. The end of the football was on and when that finished the TV was switched over to Coronation Street - a prompt to leave.

I was going to the shops but that always means a visit to the pub too in Lyme Regis. One other in. The lady serving was on the phone but immediately started a sign language conversation with me about what I wanted. Sat at the rear looking down the steps to the pool table. Memories hey.
