Early evening visit with Dave K from Peterborough, after watching the Sheffield FC match. We were well impressed with the beer line-up at this comfortable pub, staying rather longer than planned.

A large, Brewers' Tudor, roadhouse-type pub, built in 1938 by Stones of Sheffield. Fifteen minutes walk from Dronfield railway station. The pub has a large interior with two distinct sides. Acquired by Spire Brewery in 2011, it now serves as the Brewery Tap.
