Late lunchtime - but too busy to eat - we sat in a comfy table for two that was somehow free under the stairs on the ground floor and watched the ranks of bar staff deal well with wave after wave of customers. My first visit ever - like it but is it ever relaxing?

Evening. Riverside seating all taken and pretty full inside. Riverside prices. Amazed to see the short measures that the Meantime fizz beer drinkers were accepting. When I asked the barman, after he had tried the usual 95% liquid yarn, he said craft beer drinkers liked to see a good head!!
