Lunchtime visit for a quick pint. This pub now distills its own gin and has a micro-brewery where some of the Village beers are now brewed.

Number Twenty 2 is Darlington’s most classic Victorian pub. Just off the town centre, the Traditional Alehouse & Canteen looks no different from the neighbouring shopfronts. Number Twenty 2 offers the: BEST REAL ALES selection available in the area along with the MOST BEERS POURING. AWARD WINNING PUBS don’t come much better than this. Inside Twenty 2 the high ceiling creates a spacious feel while the roaring fire, traditional decor and secluded front two bays make the pub feel very welcoming indeed. Distils its own gin and has a micro-brewery.
