The pub is found in Eizinghen, Belgium, 1750.

A traditional Payottenland cafe bought by two brothers in 2000 when the lady running it retired. Only opens Sunday mornings and specialises in Gueuze and Lambic beers some very rare. The name translates as the Insurance against Great Thirst.

We have visited this pub once, seen 6 different beers and tried them all.
