Very busy in here. Always a good range which attracts the punter. You rarely get a duff beer in here.

The pub is found in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 1JR.

In Albert Street, formerly New Albert and consisting of a bright bar at the front of the pub and a more cosy lounge to the rear, there is also a snug and a long corridor connecting all three. Bought from Punch Taverns in early 2014 and new a free house with a concentration on real ales.

We have visited this pub 9 times, seen 57 different beers and tried 34 of them.
