Few in, with plenty of well behaved dogs in tow. Always best to check if any live music on if you like a quiet pint.

A thriving freehouse in a carefully renovated Grade II listed building with nine hand-pulls featuring Coach House John Joules Old Priory Ale and eight others; anything from anywhere. Beer range can change daily. Four real ciders and bottled varieties are always available. You can even request your favourite beer be put on. An annual beer festival is held each July with up to 80 beers on offer. Live music twice a week. Discount to CAMRA members. Strictly over-18s only.
