Visits Details

27 Aug 2014 (HSB)
19:00 First visit since the change of Landlords. First change noted was the removal of the pergola in front of the pub. The plant growth supported by this was fast obscuring the pub from view. Beer choice had improved. New guvnor ringing the changes with beer and improving the delivery system. A change for the better.

The pub is found in Morley St Botolph, Norfolk, NR18 9AA.

Situated on a crossroads in the centre of the village this single room pub is currently a 1970's time warp with velveteen seats, red lighting and a plethora of horse brasses. The previous landlord had been there many years, new people took over in Summer 2014 and are gradually bringing the pub up to date. The car park at the rear doubles as a petanque court on Thursdays.

We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 2 of them.
