Quick pint on the way back to the railway station. As has been said, this is clearly a well-run, traditional house.

Early to mid evening visit, Philip Pirrip arrived shortly before my departure. This was my first visit here and I was impressed with the way this pub was run, hardworking bar staff and everything spotlessly clean. An excellent wet led pub.
