The pub is found in Bow, Greater London, E3 5SN.

This pub was first developed shortly after the creation of Victoria Park and was one of several large pub/hotels developed here in the 1860s. Historically operated by Truman’s Brewery, it survived as a two bar pub into the 1980s but fortunes declined when it passed to Belhaven in around 1990. Rescued in the 2000s as an organic pub/restaurant and sister to the Duke of Cambridge in Islington it then closed in 2006, becoming a tapas restaurant. It returned to pub use, once again as the Crown, under ownership of Geronimo in 2008. Now a single large room, with emphasis split between drinking and dining.

We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 1 of them.
