It was early evening and we found the pub really busy. They'd changed the layout since we were last in so that all the food tables were now for drinkers.

Fairly quite Sunday evening but as the landlord said the pub opposite had live music on. The pub is an L-shape with the larger part laid up for eating. Bar Billiards and Darts can be played in the bar area.

On a cold afternoon it was very pleasant to sit in front of a real log fire. A couple of locals were in including Mr Thirsty who sank 2 pints in 20 minutes and then meandered off with his dog. The land lord told us he'd only been there a week.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Harvey's - Sussex Best Bitter4.00ExcellentA fine pint of Havey's, one of the best I've had for a while

Quiet pub in the centre of Littlebourne with a restaurant area on the left and the bar on the right. Up to 3 handpulls on and a selection of 3 bottled ales. Bar has a real fire and small TV. Beer was Harvey's Sussex Best and the new owner will have on Shepherd Neame Master Brew and Spitfire next week and then Timothy Talyor's Landlord, the week after that
BeerABVScoreNotes
Harvey's - Sussex Best Bitter4.00ExcellentExcellent balance of malt and hops. Mid brown beer with good flavour and balance
