Evening. Front bar busy and noisy with a charity auction in progress with signed sports memorabilia being the majority of the lots during my stay.

The pub is found in Peckham, Greater London, SE15 4JR.
Large detached pub at the north end of Peckham Rye Common. 3 sided central servery with open view kitchen in a pub dominated by bare-boarded floors and dark wood panelled walls. Hughie's Room is a large function room with its own bar counter used usually as seating overflow with access from the main bar areas (its bar counter not normally in use). 2 handpumps in front bar, 2 in the rear too.
We have visited this pub once, seen 2 different beers and tried 1 of them.
