Early evening visit, the rear part of the pub was busy with a funeral wake but there was plenty of room for us at the front of the pub. We sat at a round table by the door and enjoyed the atmosphere in this community run pub.

Lunchtime visit and fairly quiet, apart from the noise of somebody laying floorboards upstairs. A friendly and welcoming pub worth seeking out.

Lunchtime visit. I had forgotten that the Spurs have a home game today, so the pub is busy and we are condemned to drink from plastic cups. On the plus side, there is a wagon outside selling superior sausages in rolls.

The pub is found in Tottenham, Greater London, N17 8AS.

A backstreet pub overlooking Bruce Castle Park in Church Road, established in 1820. Re-opened in April 2015 under community ownership through the Antwerp Arms Association after being threatened by ‘development’ when Enterprise Inns (later called Ei Group) decided to cash in on the property value. Expect to find locally-brewed Redemption beers. Front and rear seating areas and a garden at the back. Local CAMRA branch Pub of the Year 2020.

We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 6 different beers and tried 5 of them.
